Where is the venue located?

Hangar 1819 is located on Spring Garden Street just around the corner from UNC-G campus and the Greensboro Coliseum. The address is 1819 Spring Garden Street, Greensboro, NC 27403.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

All tickets must be purchased online in advance through our website or by using the KIOSK at the entrance. Card & tap pay are available. We do not accept cash for tickets.

Do you accept cash at the venue?

Hangar 1819 is a cashless venue. You may use debit or credit for all transactions inside the business. However, bartenders can be tipped in cash.

Can you leave and come back during a show?

There is a no re-entry policy at Hangar 1819. Specific shows will not be enforced. Please check the descriptions for each event for any detailed information.

What is your refund policy?

All ticket sales are final and there is a no refund policy unless a headliner cancels.

Can I bring my camera? Are any cameras allowed?

Professional cameras such as mirrorless, DSLR or any photo / video equipment are not allowed, unless approved by tour management in advance. You will be asked to return the items to your car. Any exceptions will be noted inside of a specific event description.

A show was canceled, will I receive a refund?

In the event of a full cancellation, tickets will automatically be refunded via your point of purchase. Information and instructions will be sent to you. As always, please allow up to 7-10 business days for any refund transactions to be completed.

Do you provide seats for those in need?

Our building is ADA compliant. There are a limited number of seats that can be provided to help assist you. If you are in a wheelchair, please feel free to ask any of our staff for assistance with where to safely hang out during an event.

Do you serve food?

Hangar 1819 does not serve food. Special events may host a food truck. If so, the information will be listed in the event details.

Can I start a bar tab?

Yes! We are now partnered with www.rooam.co and tabs can be started at door time. You will be notified 45 seconds after your ticket is scanned. You will be able to order what you want and present the number to the bartender. You can also scan the QR code at the venue to open your tab.

Do you have a smoking section?

Smoking is located outside in the fenced area. There is no smoking inside the building.

What is your bag policy?

Bags are NOT ALLOWED to enter Hangar 1819.
Exceptions may be made for:

  • Small, single compartment clear bags no larger than 5 x 9 inches
  • Bags required for guests with ADA needs (must be clear)

Someone is making me feel uncomfortable during a show, what do I do?

Please approach any staff member and let them know what is going on. We want everyone to feel safe at Hangar 1819 - it is a top priority.

Where do we park?

We now offering pre-paid parking at all events in our upper parking lot. Shows will either have a "Parking" tab next to "Buy Tickets" or it will be featured as an add on when purchasing show tickets. There will be attendants monitoring the parking lot throughout all events. For anyone who wishes to not pre-purchase a parking pass, you may find parking on the streets nearby. We also suggest using ride share such as Lyft or Uber when convenient!

I bought tickets from someone online. Are they valid?

We can't stress this enough, but please always buy your tickets from our website or trusted sources. If you have a question about tickets, please contact us and tell us who you purchased from, any order ID information and we will let you know if it is valid. If you aren't able, due to a show selling out, please buy with caution! There are tons of scalpers online that prey on someone looking for tickets through websites like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Unfortunately, we will not honor any tickets that are not valid in our system.

Can we bring our own seats?

All shows are standing room only unless otherwise noted. Due to fire code restrictions and capacity, chairs / seats will not be allowed. We have some that we can provide only to those who have special needs. Please let our staff know upon entering the venue.

Other rules worth noting:

  • No weapons of any kind. This includes knives, mace on key chains or any other item that is deemed a weapon. All patrons will be searched before entering the venue.
  • No fighting, arguing, or hassling will be tolerated. You will be asked to leave.
  • Do not share your ticket information with anyone. Once a ticket is scanned and redeemed at the door, it will no longer be valid. Sharing this info with someone you can't trust could potentially hurt your chances of getting in.
  • Graffiti, sharpies and other forms of damage to the venue will not be tolerated. Monetary compensation & legal actions will be taken for anyone who does not abide by this rule.
  • There is a no loitering policy in the parking lot.
